Although we'll ride some nice roads to get there this is more about crossing things off your/my bucket list. We will ride up Saturday to North Wales and then spend Sunday and Monday at Zip World (Penrhyn Quarry and Betws-y-coed) and the National White Water Centre.

Please read ALL of the details below ESPECIALLY the payment and accommodation stuff as you will need to book your own hotel rooms.

Ride Pace - 20mph, 30mph & 40mph limits will be strictly adhered to, members should ride their own ride and at a pace they are comfortable with. My pace at the front will be determined by my keeping 2-3 bikes in sight behind me at all times. You should not worry if you feel you've been "left behind" sometimes, the tail gunner will never pass you and there's no expectation of having to "keep up" – the corner marker system means you won't get lost no matter what.

You can then make your own way home either Monday night or stay another night in the hotel and go back on Tuesday.

The total cost of all the activities is just under £200 assuming we get all the group discounts. I therefore need you all to pay the £200 up front so I can make the advanced bookings. I will insure the bookings so that we get a refund in the case of bad weather but the insurance only covers the whole booking, not individuals dropping out of the group – so if only one person cancels, there’s NO REFUND. The eventual cost will be spread evenly across all attendees and any money left over will be refunded, any monies short, you'll need to pay.

How it will run and Accommodation

The ride will operate with an immediate waitlist, do not book accommodation until I confirm your place on the ride. Once confirmed you need to book your accommodation (please book Flex, just in case). I will be in the Travelodge Oswestry SY11 4JA and there’s a Premier Inn almost next door. Days will start and finish at the Travelodge.

You MUST be able to use WhatsApp as that is where important information will be shared both before and during the ride.

Cancellation:

Please update your RSVP more than 7 DAYS prior to the event if you can no longer attend so that someone else may be able to take your place (and your hotel and event bookings). If you/I cannot find a replacement, there’s no refund for the events (£200)

NOTE: You are expected to attend all 3 days of the ride, participate in all the events and not skip any part of any day. If you do not intend to ride with us every day, please do not join the ride and let those on the waitlist who do want to do the whole ride attend instead. Thanks

What to bring

• A bike in good roadworthy condition. See P.O.W.D.E.R.S
• At least 1,000 miles of good tyre wear left
• Breakdown Cover that will recover you home in the event of a breakdown\accident
• Full tank of fuel and empty bladder to start as always please
• Comfortable and appropriate clothing for the adrenalin rides (some insist on long sleeves for example)
