The weather did not cooperate for our January Field Trip, so we're going to reboot for February! We'll head to Cox Aboretum MetroPark. This park has an amazing amount of plant diversity -- interesting even in the middle of winter.
Parking is FREE and plentiful in this park and there are indoor, heated restrooms in case it's cold! There are many paved pathways, making this park accessible to all.
We'll meet inside the main building, (in the room with the vending machines) at noon, and decide where to proceed from there.
Watch your email for updates in case of bad weather.
If the weather is too cold to stay out long, we may adjourn to a nearby restaurant to share our journals and a cup of coffee.
