We go slow, we go short, we leave no one behind. It’s about fun in the outdoors, because we can!  These walks are part of an intergenerational program, building connections between women aged 18-30 and women aged 55+.

ABOUT GEELONG BOTANIC GARDENS
The Geelong Botanic Gardens are a beautiful blend of history, design and nature, set within the larger Eastern Park. You’ll wander shady tree-lined avenues, explore themed garden beds, and discover plants from around the world. Keep an eye out for the conservatory, heritage trees, and colourful seasonal displays. From the gardens, we’ll also enjoy short paths through Eastern Park, with sweeping views over Corio Bay. It’s a relaxed, easy walk with plenty of spots to pause, chat, and take in the scenery.

FOOD + CUPPAS
After the walk, we’ll enjoy a BYO lunch somewhere in the gardens. I’ll bring the tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

CARPOOLING
Carpooling is a great way to save car park space, cut down our environmental footprint, and travel with new friends. Many of us come from similar areas, so please drop a note in the chat if you can offer a lift or need one.  It's great to offer a small contribution (or even a coffee) to your driver.
