Wes Gerber's 70th Birthday Party on Stillwater River Boats Cruise

We are going to celebrate Wes Gerber, our fearless TCP leader's, 70th birthday on a Stillwater Riverboat Cruise. This is a public cruise so it will be first come first served to be able to attend. REMEMBER: SIGNING UP ON GROUPS PLACE DOES NOT SIGN YOU UP FOR THE CRUISE. YOU MUST GO TO THE STILLWATER RIVER BOAT WEBSITE TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS!

The cruise includes lunch:

Build Your Own Deli Sandwich with all the Delicatessen Meats & Cheeses, Sandwich Trimmings, Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Potato Salad, and Cookie.

We are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverages on board the boat.

• Go directly to the designated boat with your entire group ready to check-in with your emailed QR confirmation code. The entire group must be present in order to check-in

• Allergy note: many foods are prepared fresh in our kitchens from raw ingredients. We cannot guarantee that cross-contact with allergens and gluten-containing products will not occur during preparation. Customers with allergies should exercise judgment in regard to their individual needs

• Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure

• Confirmed reservations by advance purchase of tickets only

• Taxes and fees are extra

• We cruise rain or shine – Refunds available up to 48 hours prior to cruise. Actual boat used for your cruise will be determined by Stillwater River Boats and is subject to change without notice

• Casual dress- shoes and shirts required

• All beverages are available for purchase with credit cards or cash. Sorry, no beverages are included in the ticket price

• No outside food or beverage allowed on board

• Animal Policy: We welcome trained service dogs as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  Please note: Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not recognized as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted on our boats.

Parking:

• We have a free first-come-first-serve parking lot behind our building. There is a small incline you will drive over in order to drive behind our building.

• There are a limited number of handicap spots near the top of the ramp.

• The city lot right next door offers affordable hourly rates.

• We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time during the week, 45 minutes on the weekend, to allow yourself time to find parking and locate which vessel your trip is on.

• We have a digital board near the ticket window designating what group belongs on which vessel.
